Quality Management

The Global PET Quality Management is based on meeting the legal requirements and the practice of quality tools in all activities developed in the company, thus adding value to our processes and products.

Currently we have implemented in Global PET Recycling S.A, a management system according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certified by ANVISA and also guided by ISO9001: 2008 in document management (not certified). Both are tools that guide the Quality Assurance system. We also follow the RDC standards nº 20, of March 26, 2008, which provides for the Technical Regulation on post-consumer polyethylene terephthalate (PET) packaging recycled food grade (PET-PCR grade) intended to come into contact with food and the standard RDC No. 275 of October 21, 2002, which provides for the Technical Regulation of Standard Operating Procedures applied to Food Producing / Industrializing Establishments. Thus our company has sanitary surveillance authorization issued by the regulatory agency of our city, which inspected the standards cited above, together with ANVISA of Brasilia, which approved us as manufacturers of PET-PCR Resin food grade.

Our BPF defines and standardizes methods that regulate all the manufacturing activities of a product, involving employee participation, the production process, conditions of use of equipment, raw materials and inputs, health and hygiene, safety, protection environmental and other documented practices.

In this way, Global PET Recycling S.A. guarantees that its products have high standards of control and quality assurance, in a safe way for its employees and respecting the environment.
